3CX - discover the advantages of switching to a VoIP phone system...

Break Free - from expensive traditional phone systems

Traditional telephony systems in organisations tend to be complex, expensive and inflexible requiring proprietary hardware, dedicated wiring and specialist support to install, configure and reconfigure whenever changes are required - this no longer has to be the case...

More and more businesses are switching to VoIP (Voice Over IP) to carry their telephony traffic and are realising substantial benefits in return. 3CX can help your business to gain savings over traditional phone systems by:

  • Providing significant savings on outbound calls
  • Greatly reducing maintanence costs
  • Choose from the many phones instead of getting locked in with one vendor
  • Easier configuration

3CX VoIP PBX for Windows is a software based IP PBX that replaces the traditional proprietary hardware PBX. 3CX has been developed specifically for Microsoft Windows and is fully SIP compliant - making it easier to manage and allowing the use of any SIP phone (software or hardware based).
  • Complete phone system - Provides call switching, routing & queueing
  • Purchase cost dramatically lower than a traditional hardware PBX
  •
Scaleable - Unlimited extensions and phone lines. No proprietary expansion modules needed!
  • Web based configuration & status indication - Easy phone system management!
  • No more expensive proprietary system phones - Use standard SIP phones
  • Eliminate the phone wiring and make moving offices easier
  • Unified messaging - Receive voice mail via e-mail
  • Auto attendant (e.g. 1 for sales, 2 for support, etc.)
  • Reduce long distance and inter-office call costs

Overview of the 3CX System

How does it work?

3CX runs on a Windows machine and connects any SIP-based software or hardware phone as an extension. External lines are connected using VOIP Gateways (keep your PSTN lines and numbers) or using a VOIP provider.

The system can use the existing computer wiring (and share the network point with the computer) and can be installed on an existing, non dedicated server. Scale to more extensions simply by adding more SIP phones. Say goodbye to expensive proprietary phone system expansion modules!
